Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Get Your Maid & Babysitter Services, we believe in maintaining transparency and fairness with our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled when you book our services.


1. Service Confirmation

  • Once you book our services, our team works to match you with the best available maid, babysitter, or caretaker as per your requirement.
  • A booking or registration fee may be charged to confirm the service.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • If you wish to cancel your booking before service starts, you must inform us in writing, Call – 92059 64601, 9205715586 or email at getyourmaid61@gmail.com.
  • Any cancellation after confirmation will be subject to deduction of processing and administrative charges.
  • Once the staff has been deployed, refunds will not be applicable.

3. Cancellation by Company

  • If we are unable to provide the promised staff due to unavoidable reasons, we will either:
    • Provide a replacement staff as soon as possible, or
    • Process a refund of the booking/registration fee, if applicable.

4. Replacement Policy (Non-Refundable)

  • If a maid, babysitter, or caretaker leaves the job within the agreed contract period, we provide replacement staff as per our company policy.
  • Refund is not applicable, only replacement is provided.
